How do I cancel my subscription?

Are the displayed dimensions the outer or inner dimensions?

The dimensions searched for and displayed in HakoPita are the outer dimensions.

I can’t find a storage case in size search

When searching for storage cases with “Size Search,” products may not appear if the search criteria are too restrictive.

Please check the following. These adjustments may help show more products.

1. Reduce the number of dimensions you specify

   For example, if you specify width, depth, and height, try searching again with only “width” specified.

2. Specify a range of dimensions

   For example, instead of specifying an exact “width of 10 cm,” try allowing a little flexibility, such as “width of 8–10 cm.” This may increase the chance of finding a match.

3. Enable reversed width and depth search

   For example, when looking for a case that is 10 cm wide × 20 cm deep, enabling reversed search also searches for cases that are 20 cm wide × 10 cm deep.

4. Try removing filters such as shop, color, and material

   If you have filtered by shop, color, material, or other criteria, there may be no products matching your search criteria.

In space search, I can select only “1” storage case

In space search, the app automatically determines the “number of divisions” (how many cases can be placed side by side) based on the width and depth of the space you enter.

For this reason, if the width is small or the depth is large relative to the width, fewer cases can fit, and as a result, you may be able to select only “1.”

If you enter a slightly smaller depth and search again, cases that can be placed side by side in multiples may appear.
